Refund/Return Policy

Carl’s Place accepts returns within 30 days of delivery on most items, including projectors, provided the item is:

• Unused or like-new

• In original packaging with all accessories

• Free of damage, wear, or missing parts

Restocking Fee:

• A 20% restocking fee may apply on opened or used projector returns.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exclusions:

• Custom-made items, custom screens, and cut-to-size materials are non-returnable.

• Items showing wear, damage, or modification cannot be returned.

Refund Process:

• Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method once inspected.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless an error or defect is reported within the first 30 days.
