Not Covered

• Damage caused by:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Impact from balls, clubs, or physical objects

  • Water exposure or humidity damage

  • Electrical surges

• Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs)

Warranty Process

• Contact Impact Sports with order number + issue description.

• Tech support will diagnose through ProTee.

• Approved claims result in repair or replacement based on manufacturer conditions.

Refund/Return Policy

Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Product must be:

  • In like-new condition

  • With original packaging

  • Including all accessories, mounts, cables, and manuals

  • Free from damage, wear, or installation marks

Non-Refundable Items

• Software licenses (ProTee Play, TGC 2019, GSPro, activation keys)

• Opened or used digital products

• Hardware damaged due to installation error or misuse

• Shipping fees (unless item arrived damaged)

Restocking Fee

• A 15% restocking fee may apply for opened hardware.

Exchanges
