All returns must be pre-approved and received within 14 days of delivery.
Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any item back.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns are only accepted if the item was damaged during shipping.
Damage claims must:
- Be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include photographic evidence.
- Encouraged: Reject delivery if packaging shows clear damage (e.g. torn or dented boxes).
