Uneekor (Manufacturer) Warranty / Return

Uneekor warranty for the EYE MINI is 1 year for non-overhead launch monitors.

Returns to Uneekor must be pre-authorized.

Uneekor return window: within 15 days after license activation or 60 days after receipt, depending on the product.

Returned products must be unused, in original packaging; a 15% restocking fee may apply for Uneekor-authorized returns.

To make a warranty claim: contact Uneekor Support for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA); ship the unit back once approved.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, strike damage (unless covered under their limited “strike warranty”), improper installation, or external causes.
