Carl’s Place aims to ensure customers receive high-quality products in perfect working condition. Because many simulator components are custom-made or come with device-specific software licenses, return eligibility varies depending on the product category.

Because Uneekor products come with activated software licenses, Carl’s Place follows Uneekor’s policy:

Uneekor EYE XR Return Rules

• Opened or activated units cannot be returned for refund.

• Unopened, unused units may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization.

• All returns must be in original, unopened packaging and in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

• Activated launch monitors

• Software licenses

• Any product registered to a user account

• Accessories that have been opened or used.

Standard Returns

For eligible non-custom products (NOT including Uneekor launch monitors):

• Must be returned within 30 days of delivery

• Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless Carl’s Place made an error

• A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned product

• Refund is issued once the item is inspected and approved

Refund Process

Once Carl’s Place receives the returned item:

1. Product is inspected (typically within 3–5 business days)

2. Refund is issued to the original payment method

3. Shipping costs are non-refundable

Opened, used, or damaged products will not be refunded.
