🔧 Setup Instructions (Carl’s Place DIY Enclosure System)

• Gather tools: ½″ wrench or socket, 3⁄16″ hex key, tape measure, rubber mallet, pliers, ladder

• If using your own pipes (rather than the Pipe Framing Kit): cut 1″ EMT conduit to the lengths specified in your cut sheet

• Loosen fitting screws before inserting pipes to ease assembly

• Build the base “U” frame first (rear + front widths + depth pipes) using corner connectors

• Tighten base fittings after confirming alignment

• Insert vertical pipes, then attach top rails, ensuring all fitting bolts face toward the rear

• Hang the nylon enclosure cover:
    • Align grommets at the rear first
    • Use hook & loop strips and zip ties to loosely mount the cover

• Mount the impact screen:
    • Start with loose zip ties at top corners
    • Continue across the top line, spacing ties evenly
    • Install bottom cable: thread through screen’s bottom sleeve, insert into fitting           holes, use cable receivers & springs
    • Adjust cable tension — compress springs ~7⁄8″ (don’t overtighten)
    • Return to top and side ties: gradually tighten so the screen lies flat and level             (touching floor)

• Make final tension adjustments, smooth out wrinkles
