Carl's Place Refund/Return and Warranty Policy

Cancellations & Changes
Manufacturer Direct items may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee. If an order cannot be canceled, it will fall under the returns policy below. Due to fast order processing, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Custom Items
Custom products may not be eligible for cancellation or return after 24 hours. Approved cancellations are subject to restocking fees:

• Up to 30% for custom-dimension products
• Up to 50% for products with multiple finishes, specialty finishes, or non-standard dimensions
  Not all custom items are returnable.

Returns
Most items qualify for a 30-day return, unless otherwise noted. Items must be returned new, unused, and in original packaging. All returns are inspected; items not in new condition may be subject to a 30% restocking fee or may be ineligible for a refund.

Manufacturer Direct Items
Items shipping directly from the manufacturer are identified on the product page. These items may carry manufacturer-specific return policies, and some are returnable only if unopened. With the exception of SkyTrak, Manufacturer Direct returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping & Refunds
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of return receipt. Some items may follow a different processing timeline.

Golf Joy Return/Refund and Warranty Policy

Golf Joy offers a 30-day return/exchange policy for products purchased directly from Golf Joy or authorized resellers. To initiate a return, contact support@golfjoy.com within 30 days of receipt to request authorization. Items returned without authorization or after 30 days will not be accepted. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and proof of purchase. Shipping for returns must include tracking, and customers are responsible for shipping unless the return is due to a Golf Joy error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

All new or refurbished equipment and hardware is covered under a 12-month warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. Peripherals such as batteries or flash units are warranted to be free from defects at shipment. Base-level software included with launch monitors is also warranted for 12 months to perform according to published specifications. Third-party software and products are not covered by Golf Joy. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by external factors like power surges or improper installation.

To process a warranty claim, contact Golf Joy support to troubleshoot the issue. If repair or replacement is needed, an approved Return Goods Authorization (RGA) will be issued, and the item must be shipped within 15 days. Golf Joy will repair or replace defective items at their discretion, and repaired/replaced products retain the remaining warranty period. Refunds for authorized returns are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
