Nvisage Return/Refund and Warranty Policy

NVISAGE launch monitors include a 12-month limited hardware warranty for the original purchaser, starting from the purchase date (or manufacture date if proof of purchase is unavailable). During the warranty period, NVISAGE will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge for verified defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies to hardware only and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or data preservation.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic damage, improper installation or maintenance, unauthorized modifications or third-party software, malware, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, ball or club strikes, drops, weather exposure, power surges, or other external causes. Software issues unrelated to hardware function and third-party software are not covered.

Warranty service requires submitting a support request and completing troubleshooting with NVISAGE. If needed, an approved Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be issued—returns without an RMA are not accepted. Products must be shipped within 15 days of RMA issuance. NVISAGE determines warranty eligibility and whether repair or replacement is provided using new or refurbished components. Repairs carry the remaining warranty period. If a claim is deemed invalid, the customer is responsible for shipping and service costs.

Cancellations & Changes
Manufacturer Direct items may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee. If an order cannot be canceled, it will fall under the returns policy below. Due to fast order processing, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Custom Items
Custom products may not be eligible for cancellation or return after 24 hours. Approved cancellations are subject to restocking fees:

• Up to 30% for custom-dimension products
• Up to 50% for products with multiple finishes, specialty finishes, or non-standard dimensions
  Not all custom items are returnable.

Returns
Most items qualify for a 30-day return, unless otherwise noted. Items must be returned new, unused, and in original packaging. All returns are inspected; items not in new condition may be subject to a 30% restocking fee or may be ineligible for a refund.

Manufacturer Direct Items
Items shipping directly from the manufacturer are identified on the product page. These items may carry manufacturer-specific return policies, and some are returnable only if unopened. With the exception of SkyTrak, Manufacturer Direct returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping & Refunds
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of return receipt. Some items may follow a different processing timeline.
