RSG Return/Refund and Warranty Policy

Red Stakes Golf offers a 365-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible products purchased directly from rsgolf.com. Returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories qualify for a full refund. Products showing minor wear may be accepted with a 20% restocking fee, while items that are damaged, incomplete, or show significant wear are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Returns without an RA number, missing components, or outside the approved return window may be refused or subject to restocking fees. This policy does not apply to purchases made through third-party retailers, which are governed by the seller’s return policy.

All Red Stakes Golf products include a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Technology products carry a 1-year warranty, while screens and accessories carry a 30-day warranty. Warranty claims and return requests must be submitted through support@rsgolf.com, and all approved returns must be shipped prepaid and insured.
