Carl's Place Refund/Return and Warranty Policy

Cancellations & Changes
Manufacturer Direct items may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee. If an order cannot be canceled, it will fall under the returns policy below. Due to fast order processing, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Custom Items
Custom products may not be eligible for cancellation or return after 24 hours. Approved cancellations are subject to restocking fees:

• Up to 30% for custom-dimension products
• Up to 50% for products with multiple finishes, specialty finishes, or non-standard dimensions
  Not all custom items are returnable.

Returns
Most items qualify for a 30-day return, unless otherwise noted. Items must be returned new, unused, and in original packaging. All returns are inspected; items not in new condition may be subject to a 30% restocking fee or may be ineligible for a refund.

Manufacturer Direct Items
Items shipping directly from the manufacturer are identified on the product page. These items may carry manufacturer-specific return policies, and some are returnable only if unopened. With the exception of SkyTrak, Manufacturer Direct returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping & Refunds
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of return receipt. Some items may follow a different processing timeline.

TruGolf Return/Refund and Warranty Policy

All TruGolf products are sold as final sale unless otherwise approved in writing. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization, and a 20% restocking fee applies once products have shipped. Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of installation. TruGolf may require full payment prior to shipment and reserves the right to disable software until payment is complete.

TruGolf provides a 2-year limited hardware warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser only. This warranty applies to TruGolf-manufactured hardware used under normal conditions and installed according to published guidelines. Consumables (such as impact screens, hitting mats, and bulbs), cosmetic damage, misuse, improper installation, third-party products, software, normal wear and tear, and unauthorized modifications or service are not covered. Software is licensed separately and is not warranted by TruGolf.

Warranty service requires an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to return. Products returned without an RMA will not be accepted. After the first 30 days, return shipping for warranty service is the customer’s responsibility. TruGolf is not responsible for loss of software or data during service and recommends backing up all systems before repair.
