Warranty & Return / Refund Policy
Uneekor Warranty (per Uneekor’s policy):

2-year warranty on new EYE XO2 sensors for buyers from authorized resellers.

Covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Limited Strike Warranty: Uneekor will repair or replace the sensor if it is damaged by a ball strike, for up to 2 years (or up to two incidents, whichever comes first).

Replacement units within first 30 days of purchase are new; after that, might be refurbished.

Warranty only applies to purchases from Uneekor or authorized resellers — units from unauthorized retailers (“gray market”) are not covered.

Warranty exclusions include: normal wear, misuse, improper installation, power issues, etc.
Uneekor Return Policy:

Free returns within 30 days of delivery (must be in original condition with all packaging).

After 30 days: 15% restocking fee applies. You must get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from Uneekor before returning.

Report damage, missing parts, or wrong items within 72 hours of delivery (with photos).
Carl’s Place (Retailer) Policy:

Lighting & Setup: For best results, use even, non-flickering lighting — some users report misreads when using very bright or reflective clubs (especially chrome wedges).

Calibration: Proper calibration of the device is critical — ensure the calibration chart and unit are aligned correctly, and watch for Ethernet / firewall issues if setup wizard fails.

Subscription: After the 3-month trial of the Ultimate Package, you will need to purchase a subscription for continued access to advanced features like GameDay, AI Trainer, and more.
