Carl's Place Return/Refund and Warranty Policy

Cancellations & Changes
Manufacturer Direct items may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee. If an order cannot be canceled, it will fall under the returns policy below. Due to fast order processing, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Custom Items
Custom products may not be eligible for cancellation or return after 24 hours. Approved cancellations are subject to restocking fees:

• Up to 30% for custom-dimension products
• Up to 50% for products with multiple finishes, specialty finishes, or non-standard dimensions
  Not all custom items are returnable.

Returns
Most items qualify for a 30-day return, unless otherwise noted. Items must be returned new, unused, and in original packaging. All returns are inspected; items not in new condition may be subject to a 30% restocking fee or may be ineligible for a refund.

Manufacturer Direct Items
Items shipping directly from the manufacturer are identified on the product page. These items may carry manufacturer-specific return policies, and some are returnable only if unopened. With the exception of SkyTrak, Manufacturer Direct returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping & Refunds
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of return receipt. Some items may follow a different processing timeline.

Uneekor Return/Refund and Warranty Policy

All Uneekor returns must be pre-authorized. Eligible products may be returned only within specific timeframes: new launch monitors within the earlier of 15 days from software activation or 60 days from delivery, refurbished launch monitors within 30 days from activation or 60 days from delivery, and new accessories within 15 days of receipt. Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. All paid software and subscriptions are non-refundable.

Uneekor provides a limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects: 2 years for new and refurbished overhead launch monitors and 1 year for all other launch monitors, hardware, and accessories (or the minimum period required by law). Warranty replacements are new units within the first 30 days and may be refurbished thereafter. Coverage applies only to products purchased from Uneekor or authorized resellers and excludes consumables, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized service, normal wear, third-party products, and software. Certain models include a Limited Strike Warranty covering sensor damage from ball strikes (up to two incidents within two years).

Any shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery (or sooner where required by law). Warranty service requires troubleshooting with Uneekor support and an approved Return Authorization prior to return. Uneekor will repair or replace covered products at its discretion during the warranty period; refunds may be issued only when repair or replacement is not possible. Uneekor’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price, and statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
