Impact Sports Store Return/Refund and Warranty Policy

Orders can be canceled before the product has shipped. Orders can be refunded or exchanged with approval and if product is returned within 30days.

Flightscope Return/Refund and Warranty Policy

Products purchased from flightscope.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Mevo+ units purchased on promotional discounts after September 15, 2025, must be returned within 7 days. Software licenses and service subscriptions are non-refundable. To initiate a return, customers must contact FlightScope Support at customercare@flightscope.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Products returned without authorization may be refused. Customers are responsible for return shipping, though U.S. customers may receive a shipping label with return costs deducted from their refund.

Returned products must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and printed materials. FlightScope may assess a 15% restocking fee or refuse a refund if the product is not returned in acceptable condition. Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected; processing may take several business days. Third-party items may incur a 3% transaction fee deducted from the refund.

FlightScope products purchased from authorized distributors or resellers may be subject to different return policies. This policy applies only to purchases made directly from flightscope.com. FlightScope reserves the right to update its return policy at any time, and any valid warranty claims or returns are subject to the terms above.
