IDRA II Warranty

The GolfIn IDRA II Launch Monitor is backed by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from Sim Sports Corporation, covering defects in the launch monitor’s camera components when purchased directly from Sim Sports Corporation or an authorized reseller. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and ensures the IDRA II is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal cosmetic wear. It also excludes damage resulting from external factors such as power surges, electrical failures, fire, flooding, or other events beyond the manufacturer’s control. Any third-party products purchased alongside the IDRA II are not covered under this warranty and are supported by their respective manufacturers.

If a warranty issue arises, customers must contact GolfIn support within 7 days of discovering the issue and provide proof of purchase along with a detailed description of the problem. Upon approval, Sim Sports Corporation will repair or replace the defective component at its discretion. Customers are responsible for shipping defective parts to the manufacturer, while return shipping of repaired or replacement parts is covered under warranty. Warranty terms are subject to change and are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.

IDRA II Refund/Return Policy

GolfIn accepts returns for the IDRA II Launch Monitor within 60 days of purchase, provided the unit is unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging. To start a return, customers must contact GolfIn support to obtain a return authorization (RMA) and include their order number along with the reason for the return. Returns requested after the 60-day window are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once the returned unit is received and inspected, customers will be notified of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 days, minus a 15% restocking and handling fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping. GolfIn recommends using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery of the return.

Exchanges are limited to items that arrive damaged or defective. If your IDRA II is received in this condition, GolfIn must be notified within 15 days of delivery for replacement or refund instructions. Third-party shipping damage or improper handling after delivery may affect eligibility, so prompt inspection upon arrival is strongly encouraged.

SimBooth Warranty

The GolfIn SimBooth enclosure is backed by a manufacturer warranty from Sim Sports Corporation covering defects in materials and workmanship when purchased through authorized sellers. Coverage includes the aluminum simulator booth structure for 5 years, while panels, flooring and turf, back impact mesh, and the projection screen are covered for 1 year. The included hitting mat is covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects, and if the SimBooth is purchased as a kit with the IDRA II launch monitor, the technology component is covered for 2 years. This warranty applies only to original purchasers and does not extend to third-party products included with or purchased alongside the enclosure.
