Carl's Place Golf Room Floor Tiles, Qty-1 Pkg of 5 Floor Tiles
For a finished look, add our optional tapered edge pieces and corner pieces. They create a smooth transition that avoids tripping hazards and rounds out the flooring in your golf simulator setup.
Bring even more immersion to your golf simulator setup by laying turf on top and seamlessly integrating your hitting mat or strip into the flooring. Achieve that desired mat-to-turf look and feel that every indoor golfer craves.
Start with the base: each pack of interlocking foam tiles covers 59 sq. ft. and forms the cushioned subfloor of your golf simulator. Add the optional tapered edge pieces and corner pieces for a clean, finished transition—especially if you’re laying turf on top.
Make sure to read through the Details section below for all the information you need on how many to order.
Each Tile Pack Comes with Standard Edging (Not Tapered Edging)
How to Order
Step 1. Measure Your Floor Space
Start by measuring the area you want to cover.
- Width (left to right, in inches)
- Depth (front to back, in inches)

Step 2. Figure Out How Many Floor Tiles You Need
Check the floor tile dimensions below for measurements with and without trim pieces. Note how the interlocking puzzle pieces will change the overall width of your floor tile, and plan your layout accordingly.
- Comes in packs of 5
- One pack covers 59 sq ft.

Step 3. Tally Up How Many Edge Pieces You Need
Standard Edge Pieces
Every floor tile includes a standard straight edge piece—you can use those if you just want to simply lay turf on top of the floor tiles.

Optional Tapered Tall Edges
Or opt for the taller, tapered edge which holds the turf in neatly, giving your space a nicer finished edge. Sold separately in packs of 6.

Make sure to order the right amount of each type. There are two types:
- Width edges (front and back of your space)
- Depth edges (left and right sides)
Step 4. Don’t Forget the Corner
- Corner pieces come in packs of 4. Most setups only need 1 pack.
- If your layout has inside corners (like a T- or L-shaped area), you can order extra, and cut the corner pieces to fit.

Example Order of Floor Tiles and Edges
(Using Standard Edging)
Floor area covered: 206.25" wide x 247.5" deep
- 206.25" width / 41.25" = 5 tiles wide
- 247.5" depth / 41.25" = 6 tiles deep
If you want edges around the entire perimeter of the floor, you need: 5 edges across the front + 5 across the back = 10 width edges. They come in packs of 6, so order 2 packs. 6 edges along the left + 6 along the right = 12 depth edges. Order 2 packs. 4 corners = 1 pack (4 per pack)
Your Total Order:
- 6 packs of floor tiles (30 total)
- 2 packs of width edge pieces (12 total, use 10)
- 2 packs of depth edge pieces (12 total, use all 12)
- 1 pack of corner pieces (4 total)
