How Warranty Claims Work

• Contact Impact Sports with your order number.

• We coordinate directly with FlightScope for diagnostic approval.

• If approved, FlightScope will repair or replace the device according to their warranty guidelines.

Refund/Return

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Product must be:

  • In like-new, undamaged condition

  • In original packaging with all accessories

  • Free of personal marks or wear

Non-Refundable Items

• Software licenses

• Used or damaged hardware

• Shipping costs (unless the product arrived damaged)

Restocking Fee

• A 15% restocking fee may apply for opened or lightly used items.

Exchanges
