How Warranty Support Works

• Contact Impact Sports with your order number.

• We coordinate directly with FlightScope for warranty evaluation.

• If approved, FlightScope will repair or replace the device.

Refund/Return

Return Window

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Product must be:

  • In original packaging

  • In like-new condition

  • Free from marks, wear, or damage

  • Including all accessories and manuals

Non-Refundable Items

• Software licenses or digital upgrades (Pro Package, Face Impact Location)

• Items damaged after delivery

• Missing accessories

• Shipping fees (unless product arrived damaged)

Restocking Fee

• A 15% restocking fee may apply for opened items.

Exchanges

• Defective units may be exchanged under warranty.
