Warranty Process

• Contact Impact Sports with your order number and a description of the issue.

• Impact Sports coordinates directly with FlightScope for evaluation.

• If approved, FlightScope will repair or replace the device.

Refund/Return

Return Window

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Product must be:

  • In original packaging

  • In like-new condition

  • Free from scratches, marks, or wear

  • Including all cables, charger, accessories, and manuals

Non-Refundable Items

• Software licenses or activation codes

• Consumed digital upgrades

• Used, damaged, or incomplete hardware

• Shipping fees (unless the item arrives damaged)

Restocking Fee

• A 15% restocking fee may apply for opened or lightly used items.

Exchanges

• Defective items covered under warranty may be exchanged.
