For all purchases made from within the USA we offer free shipping. All items are sent from our HQ in Clearwater, 4600 140th Ave North, Suite 180, FL 33762. 

Refunds and Returns-Golf Bays

USA: Free 30-day returns. International: Returns shipped at customer’s expense. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Launch monitors must be unopened and unused; any unit powered on or used is not eligible for return, even within 30 days. Software licenses and activated codes are non-returnable. Turf rolls over 1m (rolled) must be returned by the customer. Order number and proof of purchase required. Do not return items to the manufacturer.

Returns are inspected on receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within several business days. Refund delays should be directed to customersupport@golfbays.com.

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. Launch monitors may be sent to the manufacturer for testing or repair; replacements or loan units cannot be provided until this process is complete. Return shipping for defective items is free within 30 days.
