GolfIn Warranty
The GolfIn SimBooth enclosure is backed by a manufacturer’s warranty from Sim Sports Corporation covering defects in materials and workmanship when purchased through authorized sales channels. The aluminum booth structure is covered for 5 years, while enclosure panels, flooring and turf, back impact mesh, and projection screen components are covered for 1 year. The included hitting mat is covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects, and if the SimBooth is purchased as a complete kit with the IDRA II launch monitor, the technology component carries a 2-year warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or external events such as power surges, fire, or flooding. To file a warranty claim, customers must contact SimBooth support within 7 days of discovering a defect, provide proof of purchase, and obtain a return authorization before sending any parts back. If approved, Sim Sports Corporation will repair or replace the defective component at their discretion. Customers are responsible for shipping items to the manufacturer, while covered warranty repairs or replacements will be shipped back at no additional cost.
Refunds/Returns
The GolfIn SimBooth enclosure may be returned within 60 days of purchase, provided all components are unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. To initiate a return, customers must contact SimBooth support to obtain a return authorization (RMA) and include their order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos or documentation. Returns requested after the 60-day window are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Once the returned enclosure is received and inspected, customers will be notified of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 days, minus a 15% restocking and handling fee. Original and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable; using a trackable and insured shipping method is strongly recommended. Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective, and SimBooth must be notified within 15 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
