Simulator Bays, Screens & Accessories
Returns must be pre-approved and received within 14 days of delivery. An RMA is required before returning any item. Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in like-new condition. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable, including orders with free shipping.

Due to varied installation environments and methods, no warranty is offered on screens, fabrics, bays, panels, nets, or systems. Manufacturing defects will be addressed by AllSportSystems.

Electronics
Electronic items are only returnable if damaged during shipping. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and documented with photos. All electronics are factory-new, pre-tested, and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist with manufacturer warranty service if needed.

Software
Golf simulation software is non-returnable. MotionView™ and other AllSportSystems software refunds are only available for unused permanent USB keys returned within 14 days and subject to a 25% restocking fee. Downloaded or electronically activated software is not refundable.

Flight Simulator Hardware
Flight simulator hardware is non-returnable, except for pre-authorized warranty repairs.
