Returns & Refunds

• Most Carl’s Place items are custom-made, including screens and enclosures.

• Custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.

• Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds issued after inspection and approval.

Uneekor Warranty, Return & Refund

• Uneekor hardware (including EYE XO) includes a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

• Warranty does not cover:
